Mount Cross offers a variety of opportunities for spiritual growth through bible studies, music, fellowship, and service to others. Following are a few examples. Please see the Chronicle newsletter and the monthly Calendar for more offerings, specific dates, times and locations. We invite you to join us in any of these that may be of interest to you. If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask, as we're always open to new and interesting ideas.

We are proud of the many members of Mount Cross that serve various Payson area community non-profit organizations: Katies's Closet, Blood Bank, Food Bank, Aspire, Young Life, Human Society, Senior Center, Navajo Mission, Choral Society and more. Just tell us what your interests are and we can help you make the connection.
We are blessed by the talents of the individuals who perform in our handbell choir. They rehearse on Thursday evenings at 5:30 and perform on selected Sunday services.
Join us on Tuesday afternoons in the log building during the school year to support local school children. We provide a caring environment, help with homework, music, playtime, mentoring and a meal. Refer to the monthly calendar for dates and times.
Men in Mission is a breakfast gathering of men who enjoy a time of fellowship and discussion. 2nd Wednesday of the month, 9:00 AM, Fellowship Hall.
This is a monthly Bible study using the studies found in the WELCA
publication “Gather”. All women are welcome to attend. 2nd Wednesday of the month, 10:00 am in the Ponderosa Room.
Lift your voice unto the Lord. The Choir leads us in song during the service on Sunday mornings. This dedicated group practices at 6:30 PM on Thursdays.
This is an opportunity to join in fellowship and conversation between Sunday services on the first Sunday of the month. Serving begins at approximately 10:45 AM in the Log Building (excluding summer months of June, July and August).
